Free vs VIP Accounts
• Free Account: Gives you a temporary email address that lasts for 30 minutes. You can receive emails, but attachments are not supported.
• VIP Account: Gives you permanent, custom email addresses (e.g. yourname@voromail.com), full attachment support, and unlimited message history.
How do I get a custom email?
Custom emails are exclusive to VIP members. Once you upgrade your account, go to the Home screen and click the 'Custom' button to create your unique address.

Welcome to VoroMail. Your privacy is our top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Information We Collect
• Anonymous Users: We do not require any personal information. You are given a random UID and temporary email.
• Registered Users: We collect your email address via Google Firebase Authentication solely to secure your account across devices.
2. Data Retention
• Free Users: All emails, attachments, and logs are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers after 30 minutes. No backups are kept.
• VIP Users: Your emails and custom addresses are kept securely until you manually choose to delete them.
3. Data Security & Third Parties
All communication is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS. We use Firebase AppCheck and reCAPTCHA to prevent bots. We DO NOT sell, rent, or share your data with any third-party marketing companies.

1. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use VoroMail for any of the following activities:
• Sending spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other individuals or organizations.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or illegal content.
• Registering fraudulent accounts on third-party platforms.
2. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban any UID or IP address at any time, without prior notice, if we detect a violation of our Acceptable Use policy.
3. Limitation of Liability
VoroMail is provided on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any lost emails or damages resulting from the use of our service.
At VoroMail, we believe in absolute privacy and your complete right to control your personal data.
Method 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)
This is the fastest and easiest way to instantly and securely delete your account and wipe all your data directly from our servers.
1. Open the VoroMail application.
2. Navigate to the Settings page.
3. Scroll down until you find the red Delete Account button.
4. Tap the button and select 'Delete Permanently'.
Method 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team at:
⚠️ Important Identity Verification Requirement:
Your deletion request must be sent from the exact same real email address (e.g., your Google Account) that is linked to your VoroMail account. This is strictly required to verify your identity.
* Please write 'Account Deletion Request' in the subject line, and include your User ID (UID) if you have it saved.
Data Retention: What happens to your data?
VoroMail does not sell, rent, or share your data. Once an account deletion is requested or executed, we handle your data with the following strict protocols:
• Account Information: Wiped instantly & permanently
• Received Emails & Attachments: Wiped instantly & permanently
• Temporary Address History: Wiped instantly & permanently
• VIP Custom Email Addresses: Deleted & instantly released
* We maintain a 0 Days Retention Period for deleted accounts. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
