Method 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)

This is the fastest and easiest way to instantly and securely delete your account and wipe all your data directly from our servers.

Open the VoroMail application on your smartphone.
Navigate to the Settings page from the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down until you find the red Delete Account button.
Tap the button. On the confirmation dialog, select "Delete Permanently".

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team.

Important Identity Verification Requirement:

Your deletion request must be sent from the exact same real email address (e.g., your Google Account) that is linked to your VoroMail account. This is strictly required to verify your identity as the legitimate account owner before we can process the deletion.

* Please write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line, and include your User ID (UID) if you have it saved.

Data Retention: What happens to your data?

VoroMail does not sell, rent, or share your data. Once an account deletion is requested or executed, we handle your data with the following strict protocols:

Account Information (Email, Name, UID)	Wiped instantly & permanently
Received Emails & Attachments	Wiped instantly & permanently
Temporary Address History	Wiped instantly & permanently
VIP Custom Email Addresses	Deleted & instantly released

* We maintain a 0 Days Retention Period for deleted accounts. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
